Biography: Funeral services for Marjorie Marie Hall, of Angleton will be Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.at FMBC Family Life Center, 523 N. Parrish in Angleton, Texas with Reverend Gregory McCrimmon Officiating/Eulogist. Burial will follow at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas. Margie passed away Friday, May 21, 2021, at Memorial Herman Hospital in Pearland, Texas. On August 9, 1952, a baby girl was born to Herman and Ella Thomas, whom they named Marjorie Marie Hall. Margie accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Community of Love United Methodist Church formally Ward Chapel United Methodist Church until her health declined her. She was an Usher and the secretary for DIVA’s For Christ United Methodist Women Ministry. She attended the Angleton Independent school system and was a graduate from Angleton High School. She worked greater than 20 years at Sonic Drive-In in Angleton and never meet a person that she didn’t make feel like family. She loved her family, her puzzles and lottery tickets. This last scratch off she really hit big. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Ella Thomas, sisters Eloise Thomas, Gail Thomas, Dale Thomas, and Patricia Branch; brother Herman Thomas, Jr.; aunts, Dollie Mae Thomas, Mary King and Cherrie Mae Ward; uncles, Ernest Thomas, Moses McDonald, Howard McDonald, Robert Matthews and Albert Matthews, nephew Charles Monroe, Sr. Margie is survived by her daughter, Keosha Hall of Angleton, Texas, her sons, Troy Thomas of Denver, Colorado, and Brandon Hall of Billings, Montana; her sisters, Artie Jackson (Alvaris, Jr.), Dodie Green (Gary), and Angie Thomas, all of Angleton; her brothers, Larry Thomas, Sr. (Mary), of Holiday Lakes, Robert Thomas (Linda), and Joseph Thomas, both of Angleton; her aunts Evelyn Thomas of Angleton and Mary Matthews of Houston; her uncle, John Henry Thomas (Linda), of Brazoria; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Active pallbearers will be, Elliot Thomas, Lorenzo Hall, Everett Thomas, Brandon Hall, Jason Jackson, Bradley Jackson, Tommy Stoner and Johnny Davis. Visitation will be held Friday, May 28, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Community of Love United Methodist Church 425 N. Hancock, Angleton, Texas. There will also be viewing at FMBC Family Life Center on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service. There will be no viewing afterward.
