Lena Thomas 84, of Angleton, Texas, passed away Tuesday June 27, 2017 peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was the third eldest of 10 children and second daughter of Willie Perry Sr. and Lillie Bell Perry. At a young age, Lena confessed Christ as her personal Lord and Savior, at First Missionary Baptist church. She later moved her membership to New Bethel Baptist church, where she served until her health began to fail. She was born and raised in Angleton, where she completed her high school education at Marshall High, there she would later met and marry her sweetheart I.B. He was the first child born to the late Frank Moon, Sr. and Gertrude Coleman Moon of Angleton, Texas. He spent his early childhood in Anchor, Texas and attended public school in Angleton. Frank confessed Christ at an early age at New Revelation Missionary Baptist Church.
