Roosevelt Smith was born on October 30,1934. Born to Julia Bertha & Sam Smith Sr. in
Hermanville, Mississippi. He attended Claiborne County trading school. After finishing
high school Roosevelt moved to Chicago, in the late 1960's he then moved to Brazoria,
Texas. He was employed by Dow Chemical, and the Nuclear Plant, until he retired and
went into business for himself as a landscaper( Smith Grass Company)

President and also as the Mother of the Church. Johnnie Mae Byrd, better known as Sister Byrd was born on August 12, 1924. She Byrd accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age at the Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Sandy Point, TX. She was to the married the late Rev. Willie C. Byrd. Mr. Clarence Grice 71, was born in Rosharon, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on August 9, 2015. A baby boy was born to Elder Grice & Viola Grice, whom they named Clarence Grice, known as “Pop Corn”. He grew up in Rosharon, Texas, where he attended Rosharon Public Schools.
Clarence accepted Christ at an early age, in which he united with Elion Zion Baptist Church in Rosharon, Texas.

James left this earth unexpectedly on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. James E. Randall was born August 15, 1947 to the late Katherine King-Randall and Charles Randall. He was born in McBeth, Texas, where he lived the majority of his life until becoming ill. On October 18, 1965, Frenchell Yvette was born to Frank Jones, Jr. and Eddie Mae Thomas-Jones. I was the first born of Eddie Mae and Frank, but not the first child. Zelma Jean Stoner, their God-daughter was already in the home to welcome me. Zelma was a great big sister who is credited for giving me the nickname “Fefe”.
