Minister Lenroy Crick, 67, was born to Leonard and Violet Crick. Minister Crick was called to heaven on July 27, 2016.
As a young man, he was an avid sports fan, who enjoyed playing soccer with his fellow Trinidadians. He lived in St. Croix, Virgin Islands before making his way to Freeport, Texas in 1976. He later met and married Mary Payne on March 9, 1997 with whom he created a blended family of nine kids. Lenroy dedicated his life to the Lord and loved to spread God’s word to everyone he met.

Toby attended Worthing High School, after finishing school he served proudly as a marine. He enjoyed fishing, family, friends and was a fun loving character, we remember him for his loving gentle soul. If you were related to Toby, he called you “kinfolk “and even if you were just a friend he treated everyone as family. Toby attended St. James AME Church in Chenango, TX.

Marie who is more affectionately call “Big Mama” was born in Freeport, Texas, to George and Josephine Curry on December 25, 1926. Marie attended Houston School system, in Houston, Texas. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and attended Calvary First Missionary Baptist Church. Her faith and love for God was evidenced throughout her life. She also appreciated serving as a Nurses Aide at Calvary FM Church for more than 50 years. She worked for Attorney Luther for many years. A very hardworking woman.

King Edward Jackson, 83, of McBeth, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 Country Village Care Center.
He was a member of New Revelation Missionary Baptist Church and served as President of the Usher Board for over 40 years. King was a construction worker, and was a certified concrete finisher for many years. He supervised the pouring of the concrete for the Fellowship Hall at New Revelation and ensured the foundation was laid properly. He was also the caretaker at New Revelation for many years, and was a tremendous help to the elderly in the community. He provided all of their transportation needs and helped to maintain their yards and home, until his health failed.

Agusta was born to the late Eddie and Dorothy Patterson Jr; He received his formal education in the Angleton Independent School District. Sometime during the morning on April 29, 2016, God saw that Agusta was getting tired, so He dispatched his angels to bring him home.
