Jefferson Davis Jackson, Jr. "Jeff" was born on September 13, 1951 in Houston, Texas to Georgia and Jefferson Jackson, Sr. He attended MC Williams High School and Texas Southern University. A long standing member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church and he worked for Jones Trucking/FedEx, retiring in 2000. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Barber Jackson and three sons, Anthony Davis (Robyn), Jeff Jackson III (Amy) and Lieutenant Commander Jermaine D. Jackson (Daniel), along with three grandchildren, Hunter and Audree Jackson and Zane Davis, and siblings Willie Roy Jackson (Glenda) and Carol Tubbs. Jeff is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and long time friends.
