Joe Louis Toole II, was born February 9, 1969, in Meridian, Mississippi. Thick curly locks, big brown eyes, and a smile with dimples on the side. When he was born, he became the first and only son of Alice and Joe Louis Toole, Sr. His four older siblings, all girls, spoiled him from day one. Cassandra Gaines (oldest), Katrina Jo Stephens, Jennifer Renee Toole, Rhonda Lorett Toole Allen, and Joe Louis Toole II (Joey), all became the base and legacy of the Alice and Joe Toole Family. Later, his mother Alice remarried and added Keisha Toole. His father Joe added Shronda Shante Paley.
In June 1987, Joe graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Mary Brantley (MB) Smiley High School in Houston, Texas. He traveled to Florida and began his college debut at Florida A&M University. After the first year, he transferred to Prairie View A&M University where he pursued and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in May 1991. He also became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc through the graduate chapter Alpha Beta Sigma.
To begin his career, Joe became a Field Engineer, Electrical Designer and Project Manager for Westinghouse where he traveled around the continental United States and offshore in Hawaii. Being a family-oriented man among all the women in his family, he returned home to Houston, Texas.
Joe found the love of his life in his high school friend, Sondria Waddy. They were married in 2010 with a blended family that included his two children, Joe Louis Toole III (Tre’), De’ja Treniece Toole, and her daughter, Chassidie Dy’Nise Collins. Through this union their son Brandon LyTrell Toole was born. With their family completed, they made their home in Rosharon, Texas.
