Biography: Today we celebrate the life of Desmond Michael Gill. On October 16, 1952, this precious gift from God was placed in the care of Edmond Gill and Irene Gay Gill, in St. John, Grenada, W.I. He loved fishing and had the talent and craft of a carpenter.
Desmond, would like to let you know that his work here is done. On Tuesday March 8, 2022; he received a call, a sort of an offer he could not refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning. This assignment comes with a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time. His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where he will no longer suffer.
The gift of his love is a cherished treasure that cannot be diminished by the separation of his soul. Desmond was loved unconditionally by his wife Vickie, his sons. Sheldon, Vaughn, Deron, and Keston; his siblings, Dennis, Erol, Marilyn, Alister, Evrod, Richard, Linise, Mary, Martin, and Germain; his grandchildren, Iesha, Darren, and Marquesha, his children’s mother, Lydia Mitchell, his mother-in-law, Rosetta Grice and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
